Adios Mazatlan!

We had an amazing 28 days in Mazatlan! We explored old town, the “Gold Zone”, the malecon and the beaches. We attended a Venados baseball game with our friends, Jim and Laura of Nilaya. We also were able to celebrate our 22nd anniversary in this beautiful city.

We were joined for part of our stay here by Dale’s cousin Sandi.  This gave us opportunities for many additional adventures!

We spent one day sailing around the Mazatlan area.  We anchored for lunch at Stone Island beach and watched the tourists ride banana boats and four wheelers on the beach.  Our sail back to the marina was perfect.  We arrived back into our slip at exactly sunset, and what a beautiful sunset it was!

We checked out some local music and lots of local cuisine.  Mazatlan is a magical city!
